Karuna's affairs went to the UK's parliament and massive argument between the Home office Minister and Foreign Minister as how a visa issued to Karuna?

The president of Sri Lanka deceived the British HC in Colombo into issueing diplomatic visa to some Kokila Gunawardene with Karuna's picture faked on the passport. There is no bottom line when it comes to deception, fraued or laundering of aid money by the SL govt.

You appear to know, experience is the best teacher, they say.

You will understand what it is if you bother (but you won't) visit Kalmunai and see how the Tsunami aid was launderd and still make the Muslim victims live in corrucated sheets without even the basics including water.
