Five LTTE Political division members, Lt. Col. Anpumani (Alex), Thamilchelvan's personal secretary and a delegation member of the LTTE negotiation team that undertook several visits outside Sri Lanka, Maj. Mikuthan, a talented writer in Tamil, Maj. Kalaiyarasan (Nethaji) who was one of the administrative secretaries of LTTE's Political Head, Lt. Aadchiveal and Lt. Mavaikumaran, lost their lives with Brigadier S.P. Thamilchelvan, last Friday, when their official residence was bombed

Sri Lankan leaders worry about themselves first, their family second and the country last. Ex-president wants 7 vehicles and 112 guards for herself while the ordinary block cannot get a decent meal for himself or his family. She was elected twice as president and served 11 years. What has she achieved for the country?
Who is to blame the leaders or the electorates (if the spelling is wrong, try illiterates)?
Court dismisses CBK appeal

The Appeal Court dismissed the petition filed by former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga challenging the President's Secretary's decision to prune her facilities including the number of official vehicles and staff members
