Was Charles Anthony injured ?..... did he flee Wanni?

The latest from news media.

[COLOMBO, SinhalaNet 2007.11.05 03:33AM] Security Forces had detected an LTTE light aircraft taking off from the Wanni and heading in the direction of India in the night of Friday November 2 ? the day on which Tiger Political Wing Chief S.P. Thamilselvan was killed in a Sri Lanka Air Force bombing raid.

The same aircraft when returning to the Wanni had taken a different a flight path, which SLAF radar had detected. The area in which the plane is suspected to have landed was heavily bombed by the SLAF soon afterwards.

Military intelligence strongly suspects that Prabhakaran`s son Charles Anthony ? tipped to be the head of the Tiger `Air Force` - was in the plane in question. The sources believe that he was being whisked away to safety in the wake of the SLAF raid that killed Thamilselvan and five others in the early hours of the same day.

SinhalaNet understands that the Indian Authorities have already been informed of this development.

I think this is just a rumor, india is very alert about this Ltte Airforce, unless they did with the knowledge of Indian Authorities, which is very unlikely.

Berty,

This is the talk of the town. The mysterious flight paths.

This is what I gathered from SL this morning and I want to find out if any of you guys have the low down on this.

As you know all kinds of rumours float at a time like this and we can't just brush it a side too.

I am sure LTTE will laugh it off as nonsense and we the inquisitive minds wants to pursue it more.

Berty,

I think when all is said and done both of us are longing for a Peaceful settlement of this long dragging unnecessary conflict. You always mention PEACE in all your posts. I like the PEACE but not when ulterior motives are
in the works in the background.

It is our, not the duty, but obligation to some how persuade the die hard LTTEs to find a middle path. For that matter the die hard Sinhalese too.

We have come to know each other wishes and aspiration that we respect each other like two human beings and not as Sinhalese or a Tamil. Am I correct?
