Now LTTE has one more excuse for not agreeing for negotiations - it has lost the only negotiator it had after Bala and it has no other negotiator lined up to succeed TC. What will the IC do to press for peace talks?

then count the number that the GOSL has. Why the LTTE is so much week to get this?

Those were not negotiators. those are the real barbaric thieves.

or others do not know how to cheat others.

UNITED NATIONS, Nov 2 (Reuters) - More than 100 Sri Lankan peacekeepers have been accused of sexual exploitation and abuse in Haiti and will be sent home on Saturday, the United Nations said, in the latest sexual abuse scandal involving U.N. peacekeeping missions.
