i been to 5 of the NE districts. Jaffna and Trinco i stayed for a while, Vavuniya and Kili i passed to get to Jaffna. Batti is a v dangerous place, paramillitaried everywhere trying to just to get money. I had few relatives which used to live there, but left in early 90s. |
