But Indians are stated to realize the true message of the Indira Gandhi's doctrine now. Chinese harbors at Pakistan Burma and now in Sri Lanka. As Indira feared India is entrapped in a vicious circle of Chinese harbor. Either India get dismantled or brake the dragon circle with the help of Tamils.
These SAARC FMs agreements have no meaning out side the permanent interest of India. All the alliances between Sri Lanka and India is tactical. With all the tactical problem the permanent interest of India and Tamils are linked. We see politics in this way.

The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is an economic and political organization of eight countries in Southern Asia. In terms of population, its sphere of influence is the largest of any regional organization: almost 1.5 billion people, the combined population of its member states. It was established on December 8, 1985 by India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives and Bhutan. In April 2007, at the Association's 14th summit, Afghanistan became its eighth member.

What a joke.. wait for couple of days SAARC will coem and say they never reached any agreemant.. here we go again .. covering up the losses Of SLA and justify the existance of -Mr.Baloni-
