US is more prone to terrorism according to US opinion polls now than before Iraq invasion. More people are prepared to join Al Queda ans Taliban before US invasion. Americans are fed up with Iraq and want their 'boys' back.

There is nothing absolute. Relative peace we are talking about, which is relatively less peope are killed.
Even if one life is saved, that life, a precious one to his wife or mother. If your son is saved from getting killed, what would you feel? The same feeling is experienced by every wife and mother who lost their sons or husbands in the horrible war.
Who can compensate the 100s of soldiers who were killed after Nov 2005? It is due to the madness of MR. If he table the reasonable proposals for talk and if it was rejected we can blame LTTE. Now 2 years passed and APRC Chairman said in Feb 2007 that the proposals were ready but JHU, JVP and MR want to delay to defeat LTTE. Do you know the no of lives that will be lost in doing so? Do you or MR care, No, because your children are safe, simple as that.
