So how do you explain the JVP rising killings? all the proroms before the LTTE?
If you really believe what you have written, fair enough that's your right, no problem. As for independent sources? what do you mean this is what the Sinhala general's are saying, the only way you can have independent sources if they are there on the ground, this aint Iraq.
I like the way you also say Tamil Terorism as oppose to LTTE terrorism. ALso you mention Srilanka is for the Srilankans, seriously you meant SInhala right? admit it.
This is quite telling of you mind set, which also leads me to belive if there was no LTTE, you also would be happy to treat tamils and 2nd class citizens...am I wrong? or can you not admitt it?

The Sri Lankan government Wednesday rejected a call by the United States for the United Nations to place a human rights monitoring team in the South Asian country to check on alleged abuses. 'The government has on several occasions, made its view clear that an international monitoring mission is unwarranted and unacceptable at present,' Human Rights Minister Mahinda Samarasinghe in a letter addressed to Robert Blake, the U.S. ambassador in Sri Lanka

Your tribalism has lead you into a 2nd class citizen by choice.No one forced you to be a 2nd class citizen.Only selfish Tamil politicians brought the issue of racism and gave innocent Tamils as baits to enhance their political carriers.
Coming to JVP.Their armed struggle was crushed without mercy and all the JVP terrorists were put to sleep.Same goes to Tamil Terrorists.No change in plans.

This happend long before LTTE, I think you need to read your history Bru!
The thought was, when the Brits left all would be equal, Sinhala screwed oever the Indian tamils then got majority power and screwed everyone over! in way quite brilliant, stirred up nationalism and everyone thought cool.....this is out birth right. If your ancient txts more or less say the same thing.
I think we were forced to be 2nd class citizens by people such as yourselves, hence lack or uni ops and language being pushed 2nd, its obvious this was a dumb move cos tamil was then reinstated.
Say what you want buy, it's your right, but dont confuse tamils with terrorism, and as I always ask people like you
ask yourself why did tamils first take up arms? to get teh answer you have to understand the Q and unfortunately you people still don t understand |
