the PTMOS (agreement to share Tsunami aid), was the best chance for GOSL and Tamils to come to an agreement. Most of the world supported it, but few 'monks' protested and the agreement came down. It was a simple example of Sinhalese not trusting the Tamils, and after that in the East only Sinhalese houses were selectively rebuilt by GOSL whereas Tamils had to wait for few donations from outside. Following this, any Tamils who thnks they can live in a united Sri Lanka is just fooling themself. |

Rearding your example of India, and what great example you have given you know why
the word if FEDERAL!
It works there, each state to a very large extent governs itself and they determine their future. A great example which works, why do the GOSL not adopt it cos of racist elements (JHU and JVP).
I say kick them out and give this new way a chance, if it doesn t work revert back to war. But you know what JVP and JHU are scared it will work. JHU for sure don't want tamils, hindu or christians in lanka as well as muslims. They are totally racists, kick them out |

Your cries can be heard at a distance in desperation similar to your Tamil terror propaganda machine.But the fact of the matter is until Tamil Terrorism is eradicated from Sri Lanka there won't be any peace.Everyday there are scores of Tamil Terrorist being fumigated little by little at the hands of SLDF.Read and absorb news from independent media for verification.

The Ltte, in a really really sad way , is the best we have. I really dont ever believe that tamils would be treated fairly and equally under a sinhala majority country. It's been proven! hence why an insurgency starte din teh first place, come on all hate must srping from somewhere, The same way sinhal hate tamils during the Biritish rule, even 100s of years before that.
The problem is racists elements as well as politicians, stir up nationalistic feeling ( to a race of people who have never really felt that confident, esp with India bearing down it, its orgin still to some extent unsure), which stirs the hearts of the sinhala.
I mean come on, even teh Mahvesa (which I really really want to read) mentions how tamils will drive the sinhala into the ocean. Sinhala for some reason have always had a fear and jealousy or tamils, I guess it is more hate and fear than anythingelse |
