What did they change?
you mean the capture of east by GoSL. No it didnt change a thing for LTTE, they can still infiltrate the south at will and hit at will. It perhaps made it easier, now the eastern borders of the south are porous :) |

In its history LTTE attacked pure civilian tgts
economic tgts -military tgts -threatened -boasted- hoodwinked everybody -into CFA's -Talks-Sympathy of some first world countries-built massive global finance network etc. etc.
Displayed bravado -resorted to & perfected sucide tactics.
Wiped out Tamil dissent.
The rest of SL -in contrast-
Divided against them. SL economy is weak.IC blowing hot & cold against them . Incompetancy in certain military aspects.
Apparently LTTE has all the advantages vs GOSL .
But are they anywhere nearer Eelam -or any form of Autonomy-than they were 20 years ago?
I'm mystified by this.
