Malaka Silva in hospital again

Malaka Silva, who was remanded for pistol whipping an accountant and injuring him, is still in the Welikada Prison Hospital. He had suddenly fainted when he was about to be taken to the Magazine Prison on Monday morning and been readmitted to Ward 1 of the prison hospital due to this., prison hospital sources said.
It is reported that he had fainted when Prison guards tried to take him to the Magazine prison from the prison hospital, following a Supreme Court order on Monday to transfer him to the remand prison.

What a joke SL system has become... if it was normal civilian the cops would give him a nice kick in the butt and throw him the bus to take him to jail...

What a sight that would be. And just a burst of gunfire while he does the 100m., the guy will do the 100m. in under 5 secs. a world record that will never be broken! |

| What a shame? Even the prison guards seems to be idiots. They would have Simply waited for few minutes and still taken him where he should belong-the prison. (And his bastard father too.)What it would be if it is us, ordinary folks, pretends to be fainted. Will the guards allow us back to the hospital? Shame, Shame Shame on both convict and guards. |
