India which has experience in drilling oil said thanks but no thanks for the free block. So what does this say? Even if there is oil it is not economically feasible. Good luck with the oil.

Man two things to note.

One obviously India doesn't have the technology for sure. See Sethusamuthram canal.

Secondly let some one dick or drill India will take it in a different way.

There was a jet about crash with it's engines mal function. It couldnt keep up the thrust to keep it going with the load. Captain announced if 4 jumps out he could able save rest. 1st raised the hand was an American jumped out shouting long live America. Then Russian jumped out shouting long live Russia. Then followed by a Chinese jumped out reluctantly. Then came the Indian, shouted long live Mahathma, long live India and pushed a Sri lankan out.
