In response to peelamists-

Peelam is an imaginary place in the schizophrenic heads of people called peelamists/peels/LTTE rats/the smelly ones in jail cells.

I hope that clears things up, I mean seriously, You should know your own classification. How else are you going to claim asylum. I'm guessing you're still an asylum seeker.....Or maybe you're already a refugee.

Most of LTTE sympathizers are hurt by this paper article because this will take a message to ordinary American people.Americans are more concern about credit card rackets.

That is why LTTE sympathizers get fully annoyed and behave like rabid dogs.

Any way my fullest support to Prabakaran once again to dig the hole for innocent Tamil community.

Description of LTTE by the writer is missing in the original posing. It shows the LTTE's good activities all around the world.

Credit card fraud is more common than you realize. This is not even a news item other than in the area it happened.

Mr Brown

This part of the original article is missing in your post.
I would like to add that
Side description of Tamil Tigers

'The Tamil Tigers are one of the world's most ruthless and violent nationalist organizations. Thirty-two countries, including the U.S., have branded the Tigers a terrorist group.
Founded three decades ago in Sri Lanka, the Tigers have indiscriminately attacked civilians in order to create a separate Tamil state in parts of Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon.
Known formally as the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, the group pioneered the use of suicide bombers, called the Black Tigers. Female suicide bombers were employed in the assassination of former Indian President Rajiv Gandhi and in an attempt on the life of Sri Lankan President Chandrika Kumaranatunga.
Experts have linked them to other terrorist organizations and note the similarity between the Tigers' attack on Sri Lanka Navy ships and the Al Qaeda attack on the U.S. destroyer Cole that killed 17 American sailors.
Their sources of worldwide funding, in addition to credit card fraud, include sea piracy, human smuggling and drug trafficking, the experts say.'

So this is not a joke to Uncle SAM

This is a crime.

Oct 16 (SAMN) The CID Monday told the Colombo Magistrate that genuine farmers had not received funds allocated for those whose cultivations were damaged after the LTTE closed the Mavil Aru sluice gates. The CID report with statements from 725 farmers in connection with the Mavil Aru funds misappropriation case was presented to Chief Magistrate Sarojini Kusala Weerawardena

CRIME IS ALWAYS A CRIME WHETHER IT IS DONE BY SINHALES OR TAMILS

COLOMBO: A staggering fifteen new underworld gangs are said to be operating in the Colombo city limits, Police sources revealed Monday, raising fears of a serious threat to the city. Intelligence sources also that the gangs are fairly new and had emerged despite police crackdown on underworld operations in the city after former gang leaders were shot dead either by the police or fellow gang leaders.
When asked to comment over reports of the emergence of new underworld gangs, police media spokesman Jayantha Wikramaratne said special police teams were in operation to apprehend underworld gang leaders and their associates in the city.
Sources said four underworld gangs were operating in the Maligawatta area led by gangsters identified as Anamalu Immitiaz, Mavasmi, Aswan and Anwar. The Police recently arrested three suspects belonging to one of the gangs for their alleged involvement in the shooting incident of two military personnel along the Al Jumma Masjid Road in Maligawatta.
Police have received information that underworld gangs in the Pettah and Keselwatta areas are led by ?Bukka? and in Dematagoda by ?Kamal?, both alias names. Underworld gangs are also operating in Borella, Modara, Kimbulaella, Grandpass, Bloemendhal road and Kirulapone and are believed to be led by ?Konda Rohan? , ?Suresh? , ?Danuska? and ?Anura Chute.?
Last year at least 23 underworld members were killed following inter-gang rivalry, police statistics revealed. Over twenty four underworld gangsters have been killed in clashes with the police in 2005 while 77 hard-core underworld members were also arrested.
According to data gathered by the police in 2005, there were 84 underworld gangs functioning in Sri Lanka, out of which 54 were from Colombo and the suburbs. There were also reports of 10 women being involved in one of the gangs in Maligawatte at the time, according to police.
Earlier this year Inspector General of Police Victor Perera said more than 400 people, including underworld gang members, had been arrested as part of a police operation to crack down on abductions and disappearances since September, but did not say how many of those were serving members of the security services.
