Just look more towards the North and East for excellent land and sites to build SLDF camps, swimming pools, recreation facilities, quarters, shooting ranges, holiday resorts... and more... for our troops.
In a word, your excellency, SRILANKANIZE the whole N&E... openly humiliating the WE Tamils who are STUPID by default... but privileged to have homelands everywhere in the country because of our mistakes.
