War monger Sinhalease thought War is so easy and can defeat the Tamils.
Too bad it is going to hurt them in a big way, Tamils are already suffering.
Rajapaksa Bros and co started this war as a political survival tool and money making scheme. Miserably failed to realize the consequences of it.
Now the Gemunu II caught the Tiger by tail and even if he wishes, there is no way to escape.
No out side army will come to SL to fight, Indians already learned the lesson in a hard way. SLDF may get arms from any country, some of them will end up on LTTE too. Arms are not enough to win war.
The Main front will be in Mannar where there are elite commandos preparing
the ground work. Also the LTTE commander Balraj is preparing too.
Last Eelam war 3 , there were about 300 of American trained Elite commandos
were surrounded by Women Tigers and All Commandos were history, even the US was surprised . LTTE knows that if these elite forces are taken away, others will have no moral to fight. Many surprises are waiting for SLDF . |

Dream on. War will be over soon. Previous governments didn't do the war properly.
Don't be a cardboard hero here. Go talk to Tamils in liberated areas. Talk to Tamils bros and sisters in Jaffna. there are happy to get their freedom back and in fact SL defence forces helping the innocent Tamil civilians with their day to day lives as of now. When the East is developed, they would never want to be under terrorists.

EU is a group of countries with no poulation pressures,
fairly even income distributions etc etc
Compare SL & Neigbors on Population Pressures , HDI or similar indicies for standard of Living etc.
Despite Neighbors' Economic strengths , and SL's HR-corruption record (neigbors r not much better) do you really think it will be an even flow.
SL(including Eelaam) will be ruined before you could say 'Eelaam'!

not that long ago some 20 million Eastern Germans had gone out into the streets telling their communist dictators and butchers to pack it in. Not fearing tanks, police or anything they went out into the streets saying and shouting 'We are the people, enough is enough'
At least 95% of all Sri Lankans are sick and tired of war, bombs, terror and any related atrocities. In SL it is fortunatly not the case as yet, that people hate people.
Tamils could tell VP to cool it and Sinhalese could ask from their President to look with special care at suffering Sri Lankan Tamils in a way, that they will respect and like it.
There are loads of functioning state models that have proven to be good for all kinds of ethnic mixes and chosing one of them should not be too difficult compared to the other option of eternal war and terror against each other. |

If you dare to answer please tell me the per capita income difference between Sweden and Romania.
Each country(some times even at the local govt. level) in the European union has its own guide lines regarding immigration.
There wonīt be population drift in south asia as you think.
I donīt know to whom you are referring as no hoo lander. What ever it is this kind of behavior is called ' projection. ' :).
ASEAN will soon follow EU. Then you can also tell me GNP of Singapore and Myanmar.
