Yes, Colombo has more to do than TE dear, 'cos 53% of Tamils live in Colombo and surburban and that alone gives you an indication.

The most of the sinhales whom I know are very peace loving nature.
well observed.
But that is also the reason why they fail to take their militant extremists out of the race as well as peace loving Tamils allow VP to promote ugly bombs, child soldiers etc.
Both sides could obviously benefit from finding more constructive leaders with a repertoire that allows talking to each other instead of exchanging atrocities.

Yes they are. because they are part of Sri Lankan society. If not why would you think the government is bothered to send food and other rations from South?
