Failure to act against terrorism has been the major weakness of the UN which brought huge credibility problem
Yes GoSL's act of terrorism was not checked from the begining. LTTE was banned based on the words of another even worse terror state.
Thus I agree. The UN should have taken action against the GoSL a long time ago.
It is still not too late. The UN should bring all those responsible to the ICT and charged as war criminals. Just like in Bosnia |

Oct 04 (CP), Colombo: Sri Lanka President Mahinda Rajapaksa took the plough to his hand today marking the government's new approach towards the agriculture at the traditional national 'Wap Magul Ceremony' at the Balagollagama Viharagama paddy field of the Nikaweratiya Magalla Irrigation scheme.
Wow... what a display of great leadership! This is what I call LEADING BY EXAMPLE.

Do not mention Rajapakse Government and diplomacy in the same line. It is something that never existed no point of talking or even thinking about it.
MR has a bunch of Morons behind him who have a natural talent of putting their foot in their mouth at the most critical time and ruein any goodwill he gains, mostly through sympathy of the IC .
Sometime it seems like his ministers are on the LTTE payroll. They do all the work in making GoSL look dumb in the eyes of the IC and actually giving the LTTE a boost . |

well , this is waht called SHOWS like 2 hour event , but your so called leadership did not last few mins even , do you what is involved after and before plough ? dman dont cheat the poor farmers who are denied PAANN and PARIPPU , just giving parippu to them , sad :( |
