seven civilians trying to escape on a tractor were killed by sla .SLA have now said that they were ltte cadres.
ICRC /slmm is now going to that area to investigate.
this must be revenge killings to avenge yesterdays debacle.

Nobody in Sri Lanka has to starve. Without making the farmers of other countries richer, it's time Sri Lankans get used to eating rice and vegetables. (well, not in the areas of the dream world peelam as they need those rice bags to build bunkers) |

Looks like they killed that farm field real good..and amazingly the FAE made the trees grow back!! last slide :):)

It seems we hire the cheapest available coach just for the sake of having a coach. As long as coach goes along with
board and the captain his job is safe. Cricket board is a money spinner, and they should not kill the hen that layed the golden egg. They don't seems to invest on coaches, or
invest on building cricket infrastructure in Sri Lanka. Looking at the domestic cricket and the under 19 cricket, it is obvious that we do not have a second layer of cricketers to replace the likes of Sanath and Murali, but Cricket board seems to understand it. Experience of Mavan
could have been used in Australia, because you got to be
tough to play cricket in Australia. Last match should be an eye opener for the cricket board, I hope they lose couple of more matches for the sake of future. |
