My comment was aimed at your rather ignorant post where you attempted to discredit an article you hadn't even read - completely!!..
The point I was trying to impress upon you was - Read the article fully before you can offer a critique!!.. that's all breadbin!!.. :O) .. just some friendly advice..
SLN and SLAF claimed daily bombings on Sea Tiger bases or sinking 10, 20 boats a day. Still they are around. SLN cannot get close to Mulaitivu...so, you think these claims are absolutely true? and Sea Tigers are finished?
Of course their around Eeela.. they still have quite a few boats!!.. :O))
Besides the SLN nor the SLAF for that matter have EVER claimed that they sank 20 boats a day!!.. so you're embellishing quite bit there my friend!!.. :O))

The question you need to be asking is.. why are the Sea Tigers unable to consistently defend its turf at sea??..
