A very valuable thought from Damayanthi

An incredible number of people, both youngsters and adults are still phobic to Engslish, just because of the feeling that they have over English to be something so superior that people like them cannot master. This inferior notion of the majority is capitalized, by upper middle class and the above, just to marginalize the majority who think they are inferior and have more access to resources and opportunities.

In sri lanka English is so superior, even people scared to learn. This phobia has been created by english speaking upper middle class. This is different in India and Pakistan where people dont give that much respect to english and with every couple of Hindi words they use english and then people are more comfortable with the language.

Nada and Shakti,

These are the guys who go around as patriots but inside have no feelings at all for their origin or the country of birth. They live in the western comforts and talk of patriotism and what not.

I am not sure whether it was the INFERIOR COMPLEX or the HUNGER FOR DOLLARS has made people to run away from the country at the first opportunity to lick the bottoms of para suddas for their daily bread...(conveniently forgetting all the poor people's money COMPLTELEY WASTED to provide 'FREE education' to selfish kalakannis.

WELL SAID GENTLEMEN!

Most of these individuals who pretend to be patriots are hypocrites. They get a free education from kindergarten to university in Sri Lanka and then spend the Sri Lankan foreign exchange in going to the first world Christian countries for further higher education. After spending all that Sri Lankan money for their total education in Sri Lanka and abroad, these fellows do not return home to serve their mother country. They become tempted to the living conditions of those first world Christian countries and continue to serve the white masters of those countries like slaves. To hide their true hypocritical nature they become patriots, pretending to love their mother land.

To hide their GUILT, INFERIOR COMPLEX and HUNGER FOR DOLLARS, they talk against the Christians and pretend that they are staunch Buddhists who love their country and their mother tongue more than anything.

If a pot bellied man advice others about physical fitness, who will accept him other than some dumb idiots. What credibility do these hypocrites have to talk about Sri Lanka while living in the comfort of the Christian countries and depending on them for their daily bread?

When they are exposed by a few intelligent people, they come up with excuses such as 'man is not perfect', 'personal attacks', 'call me a Bastard', etc, etc.

Dear READERS
(Cc: SHAKTI)

Muchalinda does not have any personal agendas, as far as his presence in this forum is concerned. Muchalinda is not a *pora* and he certainly does not want to become a *pora*. As such, Muchalinda has no intention to waste his valuable time on writing about the details of his personal conduct to this forum. Muchalinda has more important things to write to this forum and his personal information could not have any useful value to the others in this forum (other than to SHKTI). In simple terms, Muchalinda's presence here is to campaign for a particular doctrine and NOT definitely to promote his personality (like some others do).

What Mcuhalinda has to say for all those individuals (including SHAKTI) who are quite concerned about Muchalinda's personal conduct is to come to their own conclusions as they wish. If Muchalinda is a bastard who left the country to *lick bottoms of Suddas* (pardon me for using filth here, I had to quote SHAKTI) after enjoying free education, let that be the case. Muchalinda will only contest those criticisms that are directed at his opinions and may hereby assure that he will never waste his time to challenge personal allegations against his name, unless he has nothing serious to engage in.

-Muchalinda

PS: That said, let Muchalinda reply to certain personal allegations for a one last time just to make his long standing friend SHAKTI happy. As everyone else, he too deserve a good night sleep.

SHAKTI,

It is quite clear that you have become paranoid, and had left with no sensible counter arguments to confront me. No matter what is said and done, what remains a fact is that you have missed the opportunity to *lick bottoms of suddas* (or any other developed Asian nation to that matter) because of your laziness, and not because you did not like it. That is the bottom line which you dare not to challenge.

Why use terms like 'might'. Let us face the truth. (I know it hurts you but that is it)

The only reason to use the word *might* is to leave some uncertainty. I have done some service to my country even though I will never say that I have done enough. However, I have no intention to reveal those. If you do not believe me, by all means do not believe it (and who cares).

Having said that, what is more worrying me is something else. I could one day mange to repay the debt for the free education I received. However my real concern is I will never manage to repay the debt for Theravada Buddhism I inherited thanks to all the lives dedicated by my ancestors and Buddhist Bikkus (i.e. Thatta Mallila as you call them) in the hands of invading colonialists and missionaries.

Just to make a small suggestion, given how you completely lost in this thread, is it not a good idea to pay a visit to the thread about recent statement issued by Rt. Rev. Duleep Chickera about the emerging situation in Myanmar. It cannot be too late to try your luck there.

Amen!!

-Muchalinda
