This is very good statergy ! . LTTE will never come to the talks if they have a shame . call for talks again and again to satisfy IC .

Now even Pirapaharan doesn't know their strategy it seems. It went horribly wrong for him when Karuna defected and the LTTE started nose diving with the closure of Mavil Aru...
