Yes but how about my solution? It is far more likely to implemented.
1.Tamils move out of Trinco go to port in Jaffna.
2. All tamils move to port of Jaffna and build one big giant bamboo raft. It must be several miles long to fit all the tamils in it. Say a prayer at the Davala, call the witch doctor for a blessing as your primitive people do and then go off into the boat! If prayer is good, you will land in in India and live in peace/hell forever! But if not you die and are reborn, perhaps as Sinhalese if you are lucky. If not perhaps as a mosquito to come back and hurt people. Whatever.
3. Another way is to ask LTTE to simply do this: Not fight. Give up. Go home. We can go back to the good old days. Nice and peaceful Lanka.
4. Final solution SL is probably going to have to implement if all else fails and most LIKELY solution: Gang rape tamil woman and kill all the men and boys so that the people born are are more Sinhala. Do it over several generations and soon everyone will be sinhala. That simple. There

I had a wonderful time in SL. Went to Jaffna you know, also and did in some tamils. Same old you know? I get some every year with my buddies.

Tamils have homeland which is junkland. It is called Tamil Nadu. Only thing they do over there is make bricks. It is a living hell. They know this which is why they invaded to come and sit on and steal other people's land. They call this stolen land their homeland. The international community did not save the tamils from Sri Lankan state terrorism in the past fifty years and it ain't going to do so in the future either.

Things are changing after cold war; they can focus on smaller issues like SUdan. If we ethnic clean tamils like I sometimes feel we should, then they will send peace keeping force
