did you know i criticized LTTE on few aspects when i was in the northeast in 2005 and met their cadres. tigers did respect my comments. that is how sri lanka can get far. criticize wrong actions no matter who caused them and who victims were |

everyone knows how the political problem started, in 1956, with violence continuing for 25 yrs till LTTE made an impact
Dr rupasinghe and other decent sinhalese are aware of their wrong doings and i am sure some have criticized the,m but are trying to spend more effort to point to the source of the problem, not the product of the problem |

May I ask why you said sinhalese should accept him as a leader? Does tamils already accept him as a leader?

Since Kumar rupasinghe is being discussed..
I leave open to the forum...
if any one has any proof and can give references that Kumar Rupasinghe has followed a middle path in condemning alike all brutal murders of civillians, children, conscripting children to armed conflict, killing opposing diplomats and politicians, by any party including the LTTE......
