Problem is we do not have that stable environment for foreign investors especially in the North and East.

isnt mannar in the north or northwest of this island?
mannar is not definitely in the west or south!
anyway, I'm guessing the morale of your post is, due to war in the north and east because of ltte (tamil area) so the development projects wont start!

Usual Sri Lanka's way to sell it's resources to get satisfy their requirements, without just even trying to implementing the infrastructure to get those done by its own, which leads towards the development.
Where is Sri Lanka lead by it's foolish politicians?? |
