Problem is we do not have that stable environment for foreign investors especially in the North and East.
Now East is in the hands of the GOSL, GOSL should be pretty hard on LTTE in the East.
After a few weeks, if they continue to hang on there,there should not be any pardon. Only thing is just shoot them like dogs.
Because, Leadership in Wanni do not stop using tamils. Tamils, when they cross wanni into GOSL areas they always have the routes to escape. They don't do that menas, theyare also part of LTTE.
SO, if they choose to sabotage GOSL activities, they should be shot without any excuse.
then GOSl can develop East. |

One day when this all will come to an end Tamils will understand that they also could have had a hand in it.
I mean after 50 - 75 years from now on when there will be alternative fuels or in the end of the petroleum era.
