Perhaps Motta rala made Anizam nana's people sleep with him after eating his punnaku. After some time, they will wake up with Mottarala's fleas on them!!
Can happen BOTH ways.

I know you are very skilled in the art of twisting things. Buying MPs with Ministerial perks is a simple thing, especially when you have someone like RW is leading the UNP.
But when the Man you soo whole heartedly worshiped and believed, turns around dumps the very same people who brought him to power and give ministerial position for the likes of Milinda, GLP, Rajitha and our dear dear Mahinda Wijesekera - now thats what i call feeding PUNNAKKYU :)
Now ofcourse, you will say ' i never believed Motta rala', but do we beleive you???? :) :)

Yes, you may be correct, however I think Mottarala has more fleas ten time over, than the collective fleas of the people who joined him from UNP.

Perhaps, those greedy pigs of UNP who crossed over may have helped Mottarala behind the screen and stabbed Ranichelvam from the back??? Don't you see that there is such possibility too Anizam??
Hey, I 'believe' what Mahinda say and I believe Ranil say too (usually every politician do the exact opposite what they say!). What I 'KNOW' of both guys helps to make my choice, not the belief.
I know I am voting for a thief and a gal anda. I knew that he is going to win anyway. As for you, you believed that Ranil is 'Clean' and going to win. Both assumptions were wrong Aizam.
BTW, Milanka and ASI are both UP today..

Yes, few gal andaas like Milinda Moragoda worked for Motta Raala even before the elections secretly. I do not think we can put everybody in the same boat.
To be fair, people like Karu, GLP, Rajitha and even Mahinda Wije have been loyal to the leadership, till they found they were in a dead ally.
I do not blame the dissident group. If Ranil is willing to make the sacrifice for the party and for the people they did not have any choice.

So yes i was wrong about RW winning the election, but AT LEAST I DID NOT SWOLLOWING A TOILET PAPER with MRs Poop on it! :)

Did you see the Cabinet??? The workers on whose shoulders MR came to power doesnt even have a Cabinet minister. The Honoracle minister in Change is DR Mervin Silva but hes not a Cabinet minister! :) Shows how much MR respects his most argent supporters.
PS: You know what Mahinda Wijesekaras minitry is?? 'SPECIAL PROJECTS' :) :)

Well, I was waiting till you raise this point. But please remember what makes the stock market go high are the speculations.
Just because Milinda Moragoda or GL Peiris or even Bandula Gunawardena join the government, it does not mean any thing has changed.
As for you, you believed that Ranil is 'Clean' and going to win.
Whether Ranil is clean or not is a different question, but if anybody assumed Ranil would win in the Presidential election in 2005, there was nothing wrong in it. After all, he could have definitely won if all the voters were allowed to exercise their votes freely.

If you 'know' who MR is, you should understand that he is NOT what Mahiinda Chintanaya says. His Real chintanaya was to come to power by hook or crook. People of Sri Lanka had a choice. To vote for a born looser or a pragmatic man who is dare enough to go extra mile for his success. A ma who is not very clean and try not to show that he is clean. This is south Asia anizam. US clean politics won't work here.
Mahinda's chintanaya was to come in to power, teach a lesson to those who pulled his leg during his long political career and ruin the 'credible' opposition figures. Oh I almost forget, to keep Ranil as the opposition leader FOEVER!

Buffalows deserve the leader they get Anizam. However your leader Ranilchelvam downdraded Higher education in to non-cabinat level. MR elevated that to cabinet level.

Wrong again.
Unlike you, the business community was really fed up waiting for Ranil the messiah. They were waiting for too long painting a bleak picture and holding the market down, to show Mottarala was wrong and his economic policies are bad.
They can't hold it too long Anizam, They want to earn some money, just like Mottarala, by hook or crook.
Now they have given up the born looser and back to making money business!
So as Shakti says, they are manipulating the market by speculating.

So I was right when i said MR took everyone for a ride!! In addition, anyone who believed the PUNNAKKU chintana is a Buffalo.. SInce we both agree on that - why are we arguing about that?
US clean politics won't work here.
If you know anything about US politicas, you wont be saying that. US politics is NOT clean. It is dirty as politics anywhere. The ONLY difference is, the Politicians can NOT OPENLY feed PUNNAKKU to the people. They try, but not soo blatantly... |
