Tigers knew that they can not get hold on the east after falling main camps such as Stanley, Janaka, kanthi,Adela...bla bla ( i don't remeber those fansy names). so tigers started to withdraw their arsanal in other camps inside the jungle before SLA arrived.
Makaso old boy look at a map of Vaharai, what jungle? The only jungle is across the lagoon and is supposed to be GoSL controlled area, norht and south are also supposed to be blocked of by the SLA, which leaves the sea, I guess they could have moved them by see which really begs the question how incompetent are your navy? |

| Definitely a small setback but hey knowing when to retreat is also key in warfare. Ltte has done this in the past 95(from jaffna) 97 (A9). cutting your losses to fight another day is key. |
