1. Do you belive that the LTTE is and have been forcefully conscripting children/underaged?
2. Are you in any way in support of this act by the LTTE? or even by Karuna? |

As you can see we are having our so called nice conversations for sometime now, as I told you yesterday you need to work on your welcome speech, other than that I can say we are alright.
Pathetic! when i welcome someone to the forum it is between that person and me and if he or she says thank you it ends there..i am not sure why you have to worry about it..

Recruiting or abducting children either by either by SLA on behalf of the Karuna' Group or by LTTE is criminal. Even if these children produced at the 'weekly defence news briefing in Colombo' is genuine, because it could well be a usual propaganda exercise, the SLA also must be forced to stop their duplicity in this type of criminal activities. Asking the UNICEF for evidence from one source while accepting every accusation made against the other alleged party is hypocracy.
I agree with you that child recruitment is wrong - regarldess of who may be doing it. However, LTTE track record on child soldiers is not exactly clean is it? Please try not to white wash LTTE past. You can hardly equate current Karuna/GOSL situation with LTTE's history of forcibly recruiting/accepting children as cadres!

Swathi's answer to your question 1 is NO. You would not be able to find a better example of delusion.
Then why did LTTE pass the so called Child Protection Act?? All the UN findings??? Who were they trying to please? Swathi where have you been last 30 years?

The Minister said that since July, 561 Tigers, mainly children below 18,...
SF had only 2000 odd in LTTE. So 561 surrendered only left with another 1500. Go for it....Why not start north too. |

If LTTE abduct children, the LTTE would have over 250,000 cadres
They simply do not have the man power to control 250,000 carders or feed them. Furthermore it is difficult for 250,000 carders to hide in bunkers too. |
