'We want to go home,' was the quick reply to a question raised by the media from five young boys aged between 16 and 20 dressed in plain black T-shirts and shorts. They were presented at the weekly defence news briefing in Colombo yesterday.
I am confused..do you call a 20 year old guy a CHILD Soldier?
There must be plenty of Child Army soldiers too ah...
why would they present these boys at a defense news briefing..what do they get? cheap thril, If they want to go home send them home..These days you do not know whether these boys are Karuna faction or LTTE..Hmm all are TAMIL boys. |

I care less for your purposeful ignorance. But I do care more for the plight of children that is at stake under the LTTE threat.
And FYI, a 20 year old does not get popped out of his mothers womb at '20'! He goes from year 0-20. And the LTTE is very active when he is below 18.
I hope you would not act naiive!
