Thamileelam already exists as People's Republic of Thamileelam.Some of its teritory is being occupied by the sinhala state terrorists cowards, like the People's Republic of China's teritory of Formosa(Taiwan) being occupied by Yankee imperialists, with the help of traitors.But like the People's Republic of China, which will one day, liberate its teritory of Formosa, from the yankee imperialism,the People's Republic of Thamileelam will also liberate the teritory occupied by the sinhala state terrorists cowards, with the help of traitors.

Not sure about wiping out. But, it can be beaten. Then they will resort to democratic means just like JVP.
Your comment about what happened to tamil polity is well taken. But, the history behind current state of LTTE is somewhat hazy specially when it comes to who is responsible. Velu is responsible for the most part, then southern policies, 83 riots and decades of racist tone of both cultures. In order to have a meaningful, long lasting true harmony needs wholesale changes from all levels including elementary education. Economic prosperity can hide most of the shortcomings very quickly. Then you have to address socio-political issues. Eitherway, I see a federal structure is very helpful right now and will benefit all sections of our society.
