MB`s DAY DREAM-1: Healthy Habits
Tuesday, 16 January 2007 - 9:34 PM SL Time

? Drink at least 2-3 liter of water or any fluid (Water, tea and
fruit juice without sugar).
? Cut down the amount of rice (eat vegetable and cabbage as the
substitute to fill the stomach. In Sri Lanka, you can eat Jack,
fish and greens-`Kola` as the substitute).
? Minimize the amount of sugar (use the possible smallest amount in
food, tea and coffee. Also avoid sweet drinks).
? Walk or do exercise at least 15 min per day.(Just regular work
after 5-10 times jump on the ground is better).
? In the night time sleep atleast 7 hours (8-9 hours are better).

ML/Priyanthy:
Please join me. I am exactly the recommended weight/height ratio. Looks bit slim compared with SL ladies.

Priyanthy:
Saree gappy means, small fish shaped saree pin. Very common. they are also used as hair pin for younger girls.
