Yeah I agree with you. We dont like to kill civilians too. Majority of the singhalese dont care two hoots about the civilians in the North & East. From last August what has happened ?
Have you seen any protest in the South asking the GOSL to lift the embargo ? Have you seen anyone in the south complaining about the aerial bombing ?. So that means ALL SINGHALESE WANT TO KILL TAMIL CIVILIANS.
You and couple of other tamils can sit and justify and argue with these lot. I and so many others dont now. If you allow your leaders to kill civilians then you have to face the consequences!!. We the tamils did a lot internationally to pressure the LTTE to come to talks and after 5 years the IC and the singhala public let us down. Now let them deal with the LTTE. I am not a LTTE supporter but this is what they created. When SJV, TULF begged over years non-violently they got NOTHING!!. So now you can deal with a monster like the LTTE.

Like for like now.
No Ghandhi, No non-violence. The new iraq strategy is what works in the world. The world as a whole is a non tolerant place. The ideology you preach (belongs to yesterday's world) is only conducive for state governments. WHY ? cos when they kill civlians its a WAR they are fighting so cannot be helped. But when the oppressed kill its terrorism.
Well this theory has failed world over that is why the UN is nothing but a talking shop. It has failed to keep world order because it has allowed rogue states to prosper with their ideology. The world media is owned by neo-cons so they run the agenda of the oppressors.
No different in Isreal, Sri Lanka etc. |

In South Africa, no one can say that Blacks came from Europe. so Nelson Mandela could get rid of White immigants.
Similarly, we need a Nelson Mandela to get rid of Tamil immigrants from Sri Lanka.
White Africaners were European immigrants in South Africa. Tamil are Immmigrants in Sri Lanka.

You are wrong AnuD, only a little population of Tamils came from Tamil Nadu.
Tamils of Sri lanka are native to Sri lanka.
