Folks, have you all noticed that the 'Tamilnet' has not even mentioned about the Muttur attack? 'Cos, if they wanted to, they can yet again fabricate a lie around Muttur bombing too, saying that the SLAF has bombed a civillian target. But the Tamilnet refrains from even mentioning the attack.
Know why?
1. The damage is vast
2. The Muttur Terrorist Base was held as a stronghold invincible to the Armed forces
3. The LTTE didn't have time to drag civillians in to the area to expose them to the bombs, because the LTTE terrorists were running away from the camp to save their lives and they too were bombed. Edited By - ahmadineja - 5 Jan 2007 05:08:08 GMT |

If one were to keep track of all the LTTE training camps and bases and Sea tiger bases one might think the LTTE is bigger and more powerful than the SLA, SLN and SLAF put togather.
They keep on bombing and destroying base after base and still there are more and more. The LTTE never seem to run out of bases , amonunation and manpower. How is that possible?
Someone must be lieing..........guess who? |

The question is can we sustain a bombing,
we need to keep the pressure on LTTE as well as allow LTTE to build up and then destroy those targets this causes maximum death and destruction to LTTE.
keep up good work Sri Lanka
Let us hope we can liberate tamils from tamil mafia.
Let us hope we can help those who lived in this mafia gun culture to become productive people. |

LTTE never seems to run out of manpower, bases..How is that possible?
Two things,
1. Manpower-LTTE is on a massive recruitment effort for the baby brigade (won't be successful, that is another matter). This is why the SLCTMM (Sri Lanka Cattle Theft Monitoring Mission) retreated to Colombo citing bogus explanations, so that LTTE's child recruitment would go unnoticed by the SLCTMM.
2. Bases- Well, Terrorist sea bases are close to the sea coast. Obvious. and hidden under the jungle canopy. So as and when the SLAF destroys them, they are on the dwindle! It is not that the bases are increasing. It is just that the reports of terrorist bases being destroyed, keeps on increasing. Edited By - ahmadineja - 5 Jan 2007 05:29:56 GMT |

Looks like the SLDF just cannot get anything right these days eh? Two sea tigers bases turned out to be duds and now even their DPU is failing. I wonder if some 'karuna' boys are having a jolly old laugh over the 'intelligence' they supplied to these MoDaya ministry idiots.
COLOMBO (Reuters) - Two Sri Lankan government officials were killed and three were wounded on Friday when a claymore mine exploded in a rebel-controlled northern region, the Tamil Tigers said.
Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) military spokesman R. Ilannthirayan said a Sri Lankan army team that had crossed into Nedunkeni area, apparently to target rebels, hit government officials by mistake.
'It was a deep penetration team, they launched a claymore attack against a vehicle belonging to the department of agriculture and killing two officials traveling inside and wounding a further three,' he said.
There was no immediate comment from the military.
And what's this from the MoDaya monkeys?

Revy...those Muraj boats you spoke of...
looks pretty neat machines... Too bad all those abilities gone to waste...
Those crafts seem to be doing good speeds... wonder what's the powerplant like... any ideas?
I am not much of a boatman so not to sure, I think Mig29c might have discussed these boats in one of his threads.
From what I recall 4 motors (outboards) and apporximately 40 knots top speed.
Maybe some one else can fill in more info... |

Any guerilla force in the name of a 'liberation struggle' should achieve its target within 10-15 years maximum. If not, the guerilla effort go in vain 'cos its leaders age and also they lose the mass support they used to enjoy at the onset, which makes it difficult for the guerillas to maintain its approach on the same line after a decade or so. This is an accepted and a history-proven fact. So the LTTE terrorists are no exception. The same old dilution is now taking place, thanks to the bravado of the SL armed forces, the true leadership of the country and, of course, thanks to the death-blow given to the LTTE by the Karuna split. No matter what the still-ardent LTTE fans may argue, the death of the LTTE is on the horizon. The crucial fact is that our leaders should stay alive to go that distance.
