Revy Bro,

Why India very much keen to reproduce old films with new actors?

Do you remember 1980- 1987 period?

do you see any similarity in 2007 ?

Hi Ruchira bro,

Yes I see some similarties, but it seems not just 1980-87, but throught the whole conflict.

Why? I guess because modaya sir lankan leaders never learn their lesson, each one things they can do what the last one couldn't and each one in turn fails miserably. The LTTE gets stronger and the people continue to suffer.

The cycle of life in Sri Lanka.

I suppose truth and factual history are in such short supply in the flase nation that they must seem like narcotics to you eh?

Just go look in a histroy book mate, did the LTTE control vast stretches of the NE before? And where are they now? Your pathetic state can't even go and recover one ship from 'their own' waters? LOL.

Revy,

But you have already cleared the East

I meant that the East WILL be won in the near future. And Fonseka says that he expects to FULLY wipe out the tigers from the east in those 2 months or so.

Vakarai is on the verge of falling...hell, it might even collapse next week. But then there will be the last remnants of the eastern LTTE causing trouble. Those buggers need to be finished off. THAT, my friend, is what Fonseka meant by clearing the east.

The killing of sinhala civilains

LTTE have not done this as they dont kill unarmed combatants, and considering their attacks against sinhala army in sinhala army controlled areas, it is fair to say they can kill civilians whenever they wish. but the LTTE as a disciplined force choose only to attack the sinhala army

therefore the sinhala people have to think of another group who carried out the attack, remember the enemy often comes from within, just like the 3 sinhala officers who gave millitary information to tamils

Five killed in Sri Lanka bus blast 2 hours, 27 minutes ago

Suspected Tamil Tiger rebels have set off a powerful explosion aboard a bus, killing at least five people and wounding 50 others near Sri Lankan capital Colombo, the defence ministry said.

A bomb ripped through the passenger bus as it travelled between Nittambuwa and Giriulla during the evening rush hour on the Colombo-Kandy highway.

The traffic police said the blast forced the temporary closure of the A1, the main road between the capital and the central provincial town of Kandy.

The bus immediately caught fire, eye witnesses said.

'The bus was full of passengers at the time of the blast. It has still not been possible to identify the cause of the blast or the number of casualties,' military spokesman Brigadier Prasad Samarsinghe said.

'This is the work of the LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam)', Samarasinghe said.

Keheliya Rambukwella, the government's defence affairs spokesman and the Minister of Policy Planning, added: 'The historical evidence points the finger towards the Tigers for the blast.

'These are signs of desperation in view of the defeats they have faced recently in the battlefield'.

He said it was too early to determine if the blast was caused by a grenade or another form of explosion.

The main hospital in Colombo was placed on alert for casualties.

'We have sent 3 ambulances to the explosion site', a spokesman at the local hospital at Wathupitiwala said.

The bus attack came hours after the Tigers accused the government forces of penetrating into their area of control in the north triggering a mine.

There was no immediate response from the Tigers to the military spokesman's allegation.

Iam not enjoying the killings of civilians. This is why, to prevent the JVP thugs, who killed 100,000 sinhalese youths, killing few sinhalese civilians and put the blame on the LTTE, to get the IC sympathy support for the subjugation of Tamils by the sinhala state terrorists,CFA should have been fully implemented. The JVP thugs killed the civilians at Kebitigollawa with the help of the kalisadai karuna. Now the JVP thugs are at it again today to divert the anger of the IC on the sinhala state terrorists killing of Tamil civilians.

Had the CFA fully implemented,as agreed in the Geneva talks, the JVP thugs will not get any chance to play politics with innocent people's lifes.

NAtional LEader/EELAN.
