Tiger terrorists will be driven out from East within two months!

Tiger terrorists would be driven out of the Eastern Province within the next two months said Lt. Gen. Sarath Fonseka, Commander of S.L. Army. The Army Commander said an environment favourable for the people in the Eastern Province to live in peace would be created.
Lt. Gen. Fonseka said this when he visited Ven. Thibbotuwawe Sri Sumangala Thera, Chief Prelate of Malwatte Chapter after visiting the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy yesterday (2nd).
The Army Commander said after driving out the terrorists from the East steps would be taken to subdue the terrorists in the North as well and the full strength of the Armed Forces would be deployed in doing so.
Ven. Sumangala Thera invoked blessings on the Army Commander and said he hoped that the war that dragged the country backward for a long time would be over soon and peace would be ushered in.

Why,now two months,before one of your hero said within days...Make sure when you go to Washington it will change to one year..
Any how you got the blessing from the Sumangala thera,also you have visited the temple of tooth..good move,May be your Madam Chin.K.B didn't get the real blessing from Jonny walker,that's why her tooth was removed in the attack..lols
When Anruda Rattwatts was in defense, he also got a hero's well come by saying this kind of speeches..but he become a dead snake..Instead of killing the tigers..he killed ten Muslims..Jayawewa..

Things similar to this were said by Anuruddha Ratwatte too when he launched Operation Jayasikurui to open the A9. But anyone knows what a flop that operation was and how the deadlines given themselves died!

Last time LTTE were cleared off the East, they came back cos the Army was deployed in the North.
This time when LTTE gets kicked out of East, Army will be deployed in North and Karuna wont allow them to return! |

Very Good. Today is January 03, 2007.
So by March 03, 2007 there will not be any tiger terrorist in Eastern province.
Two months is not a longer period. So instead of commenting today, I will comment on this thread on March 05, 2007.

Hey buddy you seem to be more oriented on the statement made by the General. For sure what he meant was that The LTTE wont be able to make big attacks on the civilians and the Forces from the Eastern. You need to understand the context of what he says. So stop behaving like a child ? |
