Special forms have been designed to be used by the LTTE agents overseas to extract information from expatriate Tamils. The issue of ID card will incur standard application fee of US $250 per person.

once these overseas tamils started carrying LTTE IDs, it is easy for int'l community to capture and dport them to wanni

The plonkas are jealous,worried and scared about the introduction of Hi-Tech ID card by the People's Republic of Thamileelam,because they cannot compete with the People'Republic.How can a pariah state,going around the world, with the begging bowl compete with the Hi-Tech People's Republic of Thamileelam?

What is this hype about an Identity card is being issued??
Yes, Security Companies too issue Identity cards to personnel they employ as a form of Identity.
However, it is mandatory for these security personnel to carry the national Identity card issued by the GOSL.
Wonder why the media does not report issuance of Identity cards to security personnel employed by these security companies in the same vein............
