Now, you want the GOSL to smoke out the LTTE; when you people are going to realise that the Tamil nationalism cannot be defeated/crushed by force. There must be a negotiated settlement; if this is not understood clearly and acted upon, Sri Lanka will be doomed. |

God help Tamils in Anuradhapura if the Sinhalese start a riot like in 1983
Robins, I think the sinhalese had enough reasons to start a riot in the past two decades. If they really want to start another one i'm sure they would have already done that. The next one will be very much in the hands of LTTE. But then again LTTE leadership do care for their tamils, So i don't think they would do anything that would eventually harm tamils living in sinhalese dominated areas. |
