Furthermore nobody can dispute that Sri Lanka is the homeland of the sinhala people on an academic platform (not a terrorist infiltrated web forum).
So any sinhalese can settle anywhere in the Island where peace reigns, as can any Tamil or Muslim. And of course burghers and malays.

He raise awareness of the Tamil issues in a spirit of dialogue and non-violence.
Its interesting that his spirit of non-violence only follows a one way street towards the LTTE.
The latest UN statement is what I would label a spirit of non-violence; where by they called both sides to peace, you will note they didn't just write a letter to VP unlike the old sideshow.

Pharoah, I never said the Army officers were 'HONOURABLE sinhalas'. They did what they did because of greed (money). Thats about it. Not because they believe in the LTTE leadership. From what I have heard everyone from politicians to sinhala hardliners to diplomats and tamils I know do respect him because he believe in non-violence and a peaceful lasting solution to the ethnic conflict.
over 99% of Tamils think he is a genetic disaster.
