It is believed that the civilians claimed injured were those forcibly held under LTTE captivity, used for fatigue work such as constructions of underground bunkers for the terrorist outfit. Many are believed to be abductees alleged for co-operating with the government forces. Dozens of women and children were said to be confined in petite tin huts with worst living conditions of any nature.
This is hillarious, so the GoSL who first said there were no civilians settlements:
The ground sources further revealed that the targeted terror base was located in an area totally isolated from civilian settlements.
But now all of a sudden there are civilian settlements there, so sort of Planet of the Apes type 'human farm' eh? And knowing all this that Pro government women and children were being held prisoner here, the government went ahead and bombed the place into rubble any way?

VV= square of V (Velocity)
this means, wnen velocity is increased it blasts.
So, if LTTE move fast, it will blast. Any organization like that.
