SLAF MUST NOT bomb if LTTE's base is near innocent civilians settlements
Kural, good point. I think SLAF have to give some serious thought before they take on LTTE targets near civilian settlements. But on the other hand LTTE have take on targets knowing very well that civilians will be hurt. Did they ever give some thought to those actions. |

I do understand your point. But the truth of the matter is that in any war like situation collateral damage is imminent.Also if your point is true, then the LTTE should not have suicide bombers blowing themselves up in the middle of the traffic hour!
