....a specific time frame should be provided by the LTTE to resume and conclude peace talks; the LTTE should give an assurance to the international community and Donor Co-chairs of the peace process that it will not use sea routes to smuggle into Sri Lanka any military hardware and the LTTE should make a commitment that it would not resort to any violence during the period of the talks

-Tamilnet

I think this must be like this,

1. Firm assurance from VP for talks.
2. Firm assurance from LTTE to stop all kind of use of arms including smuggling

In return, GOSL must give assurance to LTTE,

1. Full protection for people in NE.
2. Continues supply of food and other essential items to NE.
3. Assurance to not forming alternative Tamil political force to replace LTTE while having talks.

Then, LTTE and GOSL can stop violence on each other and go for talks.

Yes Sansare..

FBI will go all the way to meeted out the full sentence.

ltte will opt for 40 years, though some of these men are qualified to be in the aged-care after 40 years.

Is there an aged care section in US jails.?

I am serious...
Any one knows?

Mavil,
I said, if FBI asks 20 years in prison and half million dollar fines,
LTTE will ask another 20 years for each without paying half million.
