Separatist Tamil Tiger rebels fatally shot a police officer in northern Sri Lanka, the government said Friday, as police found the bodies of three Tamil youths believed to have ties to rebels on a road in the east. The latest violence came a day after European monitors said the country was in crisis because of large-scale fighting

These were the three tamil civilians abducted from Colombo. Two were shot and one was beheaded. This is the hallmark of the sinhala terorist forces who have been abducting tamils all over the northeast and in Colombo.
It is time the LTTE showed its hand by doing the same with the sinhalese. It will only end when a few sinhala civilians are kidnapped and killed. The security forces are acting with impunity and they must be stopped.
Killing a policeman here and a soldier there won't do. The sinhalas only understand violence and the LTTE must return the favour in the same way without delay. |
