TC:

Ofcourse India isnt even thinking abouit this. naraya swamy has been anit LTTE for a long time and i guess this is way of getting in on the headlines.

by a sicko for the sickos!

This guy is Subramaniam Swami. He was one of the front runners and gave advice for Rajiv Gandhi to sign the Indo-SL accord. I think his soul feels guilty. I have no idea but it is a dum statement.

India will jeapordize its status in the IC.
USA and India's civil nuke deal will be in Jeapordy
Last but not least, it is mere words from Subramaniam swami and that will create TN politicians to play havoc with India.
Anyways we have no defense deal with India when it comes to lethel so how the hell will we have a nuke deal?

But real situation is that tamils curse the tigers for destroying their lives, abducting their daughters for suicidal missions.

your leaders want the tamils to appoint bone lickers as our leaders.

the masses seems to know what we like/dislike

is this a disease or something. damn contagious!

After one week notice for civilians, bunker busters would be a better choice than mini nuclear bombs.

When there was an accidental explosion in a nuclear power station in Chernoble in the Soviet Union in the eighties, which completly detroyed the plant, there was radiation fall out in Wales in the United Kingdom. The cattle which graced where the radiation fell had high level of radiations in their system and in their meat, which was banned for local and international consumption.Wales is thousands of miles away from Chernoble. Can you imagine what will happen to Tamil Nadu and Kerala if a nuclear weapon is uded in Vanni?

You dont understand the feelings of a 16 old girl who is destined to strap bombs around her little belly to kill a man little known to her.

Mr. melodramatic can you give me one instance of a child black tiger?

You people just talk out of your hats, the amount of planning and expertise needed on most Black Tiger missions would hardly be left up to a child.

ltte will be there as long as there is no solution. so there is no point calling ltte by all names. it is not going to get any one anywhere. that is why most of the countries who banned ltte are asking gosl to talk to ltte.
you can and should force ltte to transform as a political party or annex them as part of the state forces once you settled for a solution.

coming to the point
the central should hold responsibilities on
1)foreign policies (main one)
the foreign policies should not affect the federal tamileelam (i)financially,(ii) tamileelam interests and (iii)racial harmony.

2)defense(main)
ltte should be annexed or part of state force, and all other state forces should be able to recruit all citizens regardless of their ethnicity.

3)civil(central should not bother much in this area)
only laws should be passed through the parliament once the new Constitution introduced to make country safe and peace.
and the federal states should be able to reject any central's proposals with a 2/3 majority in the federal assembly or parliament.

if these elements are not there , you are looking for a unitary form of government just like now.
