the biggest proliferator of arms in the world, the most heavily armed country in the history of the world, the only power to have used every weapon of mass destruction - nuclaer, chemical and biological - upon other countries worried about national security??? Give us a freakin' break!
We salute you Hugo Chavez, the democratically elected leader of a global south nation, who has the backbone to stand up to tyranny and expose with humour and wit the utter hypocrisy of BUsh and his corporate backers bogus war on terror which is really a war to dominate the resources and peoples of the world.

I feel the US of A is not a threat to the world, but the Bush fellow is the threat..
If he plunges into North Korea and Iran, then American economy is doomed! Of course it'll be a world war and America will be asking for European troops to fight its war in 4 different Nations.
Bush fellow has started to create a civil war in Iraq, in a worse manner to wut big brother India did to Sri Lanka!
The only reason America supports Israel is to keep the middle East destabilised and to be in middle east to monitor their adventures closely!
America should pay more attn to its closer nations in South America who are increasingly becoming voiceferous about America! Take the venezualean Prez... He had the balls to criticise America in New York!
Any further Ameriacan adventures piloted by Bush wont get much support from countries like France! Every country will become opportunistic when they see america fall!
To end with a nice note, America has done really well throughout, but the Bush regime has made it look like a mess! |

With regards to the Iraq invasion .. you bet my house do you!! :o) .. interesting .. but for the sake of beverity, I did not support the invasion .. think what you like with that.
Its not that humans in general are sadists. We are capable of all things - good and evil. It is a particular system and its agents that places the pursuit of profit and power above all things that brings sadism to the fore. Don't blame humanity for the problems created by less than 1% of human beings.
I agree .. however the reality is that 1% is unfortunately a lot bigger than you think ..

Chevez can say whatever against US president inside US. Does he allow such statements against him in his own country.
The media in Venezuela is still owned by the white racist oligarchs that reigned over the poverty stricken 'indio' masses for decades. Instead of banning this media, right that he has under the law, he has given the people a vehicle to express their own voice,by enacting new broadcasting laws. By doing this,communities throughout Venezuela have created innumerable local radio stations, websites, and over 500 community newspapers. Unemployment rate has decreased to 12%. In addition, Venezuela has had an economic growth of 12%, the highest in Latin America.
