GoSL is discriminating the upcountry people ignoring them in PEACE or PIECE talk .It would be more productive If the GoSL could include upcountry and muslim in the same peace talk and find a answer to these all mess all in once by finding multiple federal solution with in UNITED srilanka . |

Upcountry does not need any federal representation. Failure of Upcountry tamils are due to its leaders. When upcountry ppl kick them out and vote for someone else, their plight will differ. From Thondaman to his son, to chandrasekaran join different govt. exploit from people and keep them in utter poverty. Such ppl should not get any more powers to do nothing. Govt should implement more plans with NGOs, INGOs to look in to their matters. Last year they strengthened the NGO and INGO base I heard. That is a good move. |

| Well this is a good idea. What Karuna should do is get together with other democractic tamil parties such as TULF, CWC, PLOTE, EPDP and some of the other tamil parties and come up with a single direction in general to brign about lasting peace. If these tamil parties don't get together .... this conflict will go on forever and the only beneficiary will the LTTE leader. Likewise major political parties like UNP, SLFP and JVP should come together. |
