Revy,
None of them looks like children to me. Looks like teenagers who were trained to be suicide bombers.
This is propaganda at its worst.
Yes I think it was already established they were teenagers 16-18 or 19 something like that.
but not LTTE, again it doesn't matter what the GoSL says, the international community knows the truth of it. |

See how close the fighting was happening. More like WWI fight for few yards land in Normandy or Holland.
Rave's those are pics from the first failed attempt of teh SLA to take EP, back when the LTTE carried out the pre-emptive strikes on the Jaffna islets and Muhamalai etc. Not from the current fight. |

Chandana,
I think your are sister and not a bro. If you are bro you are a teen age boy who needs some mother milk. Ask Tigeress for more information about milk. LOL.
Chandana see what I mean... don't waste you time with him, I toy with him when I am bored, like with Vini.
As for what you said above, if all citizens can be treated equally and justly then there is no need for separate anything, but no such solution has been put forth by any Sri Lankan government so far. |

Future talks: Karuna asks for his pound of flesh
When Karuna got separated from LTTE, many Tamils thought he was telling the truth. But soon after he joined SL military and started killing of innocent civilians and started robbing Tamil people, Tamils understood what is actually in Karuna's mind.
Now why does he want to participate in the peace talks?
Does he want to represent himself as a 'leader' from Eastern province? Or does he want to represent himself as 'SL Paramilitary Leader' who is responsible for the killings of innocent Tamil civilians and media personnel?
Or else he does want to earn some money on the name of peace? May be the money he stole and stealing from innocent civilians is not enough for him.
What?s the foundation for participating in the peace process?
Was he elected to parliament by Tamils like TNA members or Douglas Devananda? (If Douglas Devananda asks to participate in the peace process, it is acceptable as was elected by Tamil people.)
Or does Karuna control any part of this country even by his military power like LTTE?
He has neither. So, why he wants to participate in the peace process?
The Karuna faction is scheduled to make a written submission to the Sri Lanka government as well.
It?s funny; he is routed by SL government and MI. So what ever Karuna says is taught by the SL's MI. Edited By - Vijayawarman - 16 Sep 2006 05:31:12 G |

Well I notice none of them have radios, so could be signal flags, since SLA intercepts radio comms, so maybe they don't give out regular sets to front line troops and maybe they don't have enough encrypted ones to go around? |

LTTE shouldn't even go to peace talks. In my view, if LTTE can't act within next 3 months, VP should take the sidelines.
Raves bro, I understand your impatience, but isn't it better if we can actually get a solution peacefully without having more of our boys and girls dying. Even during our victories many still die.
So VP knows what he is doing, let us go along with the talks, maybe this time with IC pressure it will be different.
If not it is also a better time for teh LTTE to strike with the moonsoons. |

Anyone notice the wire-cutter on the girls back? They send the young girls in the first wave for suicidal attacks. The 'men' and boys follow afterwards. The other 'men' are here on-line cheering the little girls figting for their 'freedom' - hilarious! |

Chandana,
...these people re going to start fighting again ...
Yes, sounds correct. Though they are bit trouble makers, without JVP/JHU/Karuna, ASL is same as RW time. But, if LTTE can convert into talking force, its not hard to deal with JVP/JHU. Then Karuna,...right or wrong, already he became the most important person for both Tamils and Sinhalese, I think. |
