document to declare that the ltte and gosl are at full scale war and CFA is void
and Norway is out of lanka.
i would say like this minimum.
if 100 deaths including combatants are died in future, Norway should be in a position to announce
the CFA is void!
i agree the CFA NEED A bit more tuning!!
