Mr. Dickie,
What is your stand on the present LTTE/GOSL talks presumably on conditional, is it good or otherwise?
I am for peace at any cost.....I mean long term peace!
Might sound selfish, but in the future got to travell to Jaffa and back....don't like those road blocks..

I would not believe talks unconditional as that would not facilitate anything for anyone. Only when you impose conditions it works well. Because we had this hide and seek game before on 'unconditional' terms and what had happened? The tigers made a muck of the GOSL delegation and would you accept the same thing to occur?
I doubt it sister.
We need meaningful talks, not just free tours to see Eiffel tower.

Good start Sir. But things won't come free. Peace by all means is my determination but the people of the land cannot be held for ransome.
Tamils, Sinhalese, Muslims and Burghers should have the freedom to be any part of the country, cannot be caught and imprisoned for anything.

once they got to the table they can put forward their conditions.

there will be conditions !!
but did not say whether it is before the talks or while on talks.
as i said many times before, we Tamils as well as the IC need to make a distinction between , puswedi rambo, gosl,jvp and sarath fansega.
