Please do not feel sorry for those who die for a higher cause.

Sorry to disagree with you again, but I do feel sorry for all human beings whether they die for a higher cause or 'LOWER' cause.

They are our heroes and they earn our respect and appreciation for a better life in their next birth

yes..U should respect them at least after they die..because they did not get any respect when they were alive and they forced to fight for an unknown reason(probably they have no clue as to why they r fighting for)

Tamils who fight and die - would have the blessings of all Tamils towards a higher life in next birth. It's what we fight for that makes the difference.

If the blessing will help them to get better lives, then all LTTEs should try that path.......then rest of the Tamils will have better lives before death....

BTW: LTTE is not banned in SL!
secondly,whether you like it or not GOSL & LTTE are equal partners on the face of CFA.

There is a percentage of area that LTTE controls and GOSL has no control over it.It is agreed in principal that you need to negotiate with the parties to the conflict and they are GOSL & LTTE. So any talks whether conditional or unconditional have to be faced by both parties as equal partners.

I still cannot see as to where this news came from since DN gives a different view.

	SL forces on thier way to EP can LTTE withstand the fire can LTTE still try to sacrifice innocent youth? I think, just like the people of Jaffna were, the people of Vanni have had it they do not want LTTE. people like you and me have to make a living first, cant revolt on an empty stomach, espcially when it is your 3 month infant.

	Godcube, Do you think we should rename that town Kattaparichan to a nice Sinhalese name? That name is just too bloody long and a mouthful! mate I think I said this once before too. A nice sinhala name like KADIRAGAMARPURAYA. LOL

	In order for these talks to take place Ltte has to : Denounce terrorism in word and deed!...this means they would have to De-commision whatever sea tiger vessels that are left Agree to de-commission all other weapons within a limited timeframe.
