| TRO is a scam. Just point to a single report in TN where TRO alone have funded ANYTHING in NE. UN alone gave $20 million to TRO. What work has been done with that money? Where did it all go? |

| Only thing I know about TRO is that I heard from a friend of mine, through the Sathya sai Organization in Barnes place they made a Cancer hospital in Halawatha and another hospital in Batticalo. When it comes to the opening ceremoney in the Halawatha Cancer hospital there were NO TRO representitves or many Tamils.My friend was pretty amazed that race and representation worked alot when it comes to not-for-profit humanity projects too. |

| Central bank is responsible for investigation financial irregularities in the country. UK has already prohibited TRO activities in UK, Most of Sri lankans know what purpose this money was spent. Let central bank investigate how TRO gets money and what purposes they are used. Even Appeal Courst will have to consider under what circumstances High Court allowed central bank to freeze TRO accounts. |

Well not only TRO but UNICEF, UNDP, WHO, ICRC all need the collaboration of LTTE even though they are bannded as terrorist if they were to conduct projects for civilians under the LTTE control. SO under these circumstances it could be understood or found:
1) That they have a solid corporation with LTTE to conduct their projects with NO help to LTTE but to Civilians only
2) That they have a solid corporation with LTTE to conduct their projects WITH help to LTTE through Civilian Passage
3) There are TRO members having links with LTTE (Military wise) with the approval of TRO as a whole
4)There are TRO members having links with LTTE(Military wise) with NO approval and/or knowledge of TRO
5) TRO is indeed a terrorist fund raiser under the disguise of the LTTE
6) TRO is a total civilian representation with good communication with LTTE
What is most probably assumed is that a high percentage of TRO members will be sympathetic to the LTTE. But under an assessment is necessary with thorough investigations before freezing their money. The freezing of assessets coming from the assessments that the TRO has a good communication level with LTTE and therefore must be funding LTTE is not viable. In that case WHO, UNICEF, UNDP,ICRC all should be considered and evaluated on such grounds since such organizations survival and success of a project last due to the best communications they acquire form both channels, be it GOSL or LTTE. I work in such an organization and I know the imporatance of corporation is equally the same as the importance of work carrying out till the end.
If such freezing of assets were to take place without a clear understanding the ultimate blow will be to the civilian population who are counting upon such projects to take place and give them a breath of livelihood. |

If they know they are gonna go down, then they rather not go down by SLA and will be happy to go down in style! Why not take revenge wth world and then go down! In that way SLA wont get credit too! And pride is vital for the LTTE leader! |
